Point Plus :
1. Kamar terlihat lebih luas, playful dan cozy.
2. Double bed sesuai pesanan.
3. Sandal kamar tidak pasaran.
4. Variant breakfast banyak & tidak dibatasi.
5. Kolam renang walaupun kecil cukup menghibur.
6. Connecting dengan mal.
7. Toiletries wangi jeruk.
8. Harga cukup kompetitif.
9. Lokasi bagus.

Point Minus :
1. Check in on time, padahal sudah datang satu jam sebelumnya.
2. Tidak sempat coba Room Service, karena harganya sedikit lebih mahal dibanding hotel bintang 4 lainnya di Bandung.

Kalau point plusnya lebih banyak, kira-kira datang lagi gak ya?

grand royal panghegar : not my favorite anymore

Grand Royal Panghegar is the first hotel when i tried to know about hotelier with everything life behind the napkin and cutlery. Four years later, almost everything has changed.

What i still love is : 

1. Breakfast with so many variant.

2. Room Service was excellent. Watermelon with chilli sauce was a new experience.

3. The swimming pool.

What i hate is : 

1. I can't barely sleep because noise from the streets and the railway crossing. Merdeka Tower such a big mistake.

2. I hate twin bed.

3. They dont have mocktail.

4. Wi-fi was lemot.

5. Glass in the room was dirty.

6. Air Conditioner at the restaurant was hot.
7. The emergency exit map in the room is missing.

8. The front office staff don't know to apologize or even just smile.

Fortunately many hotels in Bandung which is i can choose the best one with good service, quality and maintain through the years.
